Ashtanga Yoga Athens is honored to host Arvind Pare in Greece.
This will be a unique opportunity to study and deepen your knowledge of yoga philosophy with a very experienced teacher who lives and teaches in Mysore, India.
ABOUT ARVIND PARE
Arvind Pare has been teaching Yoga Philosophy in Gokulam, Mysore over the last three years. His classes on the Bhagavad-Gita and daily discussions on yoga-related topics are very popular among students in Mysore.
Before starting to teach philosophy, he lived in an ashram for 15 years, learning Vedanta by Professor Swami Dayananda Saraswati of Arsha Vidya Gurukulam.
Arvind holds a Master’s degree in Business and Engineering from the US where he lived for 12 years.
His persistence in traditional teaching methods and contemporary simultaneous education allows him to communicate the most complex concepts to students of all levels.

16:00 – 21:00 Yoga sutras – chapter 1 (30min break)
Sunday, November 18th 2018
8:00 -10:00 Mysore practice (only on Sunday)
10:30 -13:00 yoga sutras (chapter 2)
13:00 -14:30 lunch
14:30 – 17:00 yoga sutras (chapter2).
